The Bourbon Fairy Stikes at U.Va. Intermediate Honors Convocation!

Subject: Bourbon Fairy Strikes Again

CHARLOTTESVILLE - That mysterious entity known only as "The Bourbon Fairy" (http://faraday.clas.virginia.edu/~edm5s/Vapb/bourbon.html) has been sighted again, this time on the UVa Lawn during, of all things, Intermediate Honors Convocation. Evidentally, a number of students were playing Frisbee in the background of the ceremony, when an entity, rumored to be well-dressed, approached and presented one of the participants with nothing short of... a SQUEEZE BOTTLE.

Reports indicate that this entity was indeed the Bourbon Fairy, whose recent manifestation around Grounds (starting this summer) has brought hope and happiness to many Wahoo's lives.

The Bourbon Fairy is not well respected by the established authorities, however. One witness stated, "You know, those people playing frisbee behind the ceremony were easily seen and distracting to President Casteen...is that a Squeeze Bottle? MMMMMMMM, Bourbon..."

Authorities reccomend reporting this mysterious entity on sight. Many members of the GLC, however, have promoted simply accepting this benevolent being's gifts for what they are, "The nectar of any 'Hoo's life."

Pep Band Director Chris "Doogie" Rasmussen declined to comment.
